GTA was a game that have kind of flexibility on it. In GTA we can doin many things like in a real life, such as having job, car, house, and a wealth. Therefore, appears that some version of GTA that played with a certain rule to make it more like a real life.
That rule usually called RolePlay, we played regularly in order to make a relationship with others in Game. Played that way surely was unique and very interesting. In there we can join a legal faction or the illegal one.

Mod Sobeit ini sudah bisa digunakan untuk samp versi 0.3e
Langkah - Langkah untuk menginstall mod sobeit 0.3e:
1.download mod sobeit versi 0.3d di sini
2.download patch buat mod sobeit 0.3e di sini (untuk password bisa request dengan mencomment dibawah)
3.kemudian install sobeit yang telah di download di langkah 1.
4.timpa installan sobeit dengan file yang di download di langkah 2.
5.Mod Sobeit 0.3e sudah bisa digunakan.
